Natalie Bay - Transaction coordinator
Natalie is one of our Transaction Coordinators and the owner of Well Coordinated Transaction Coordination. She has successfully raised three boys, and recently became "Empty Nesters" along with her husband of 20 years. They love to jump on their motorcycle and take long gorgeous rides in the country. She also has two furry kids (cats) at home that still keep her busy!
Natalie believes that the key to success is creating amazing relationships with all parties to the transaction. As a licensed agent herself, she brings with her services the first hand knowledge of real estate documents and processes. She prides herself on her ethical standards and confidentiality, and handles your transaction like it is her very own. She also loves to over-communicate to ensure everyone is on the same page. Chantelle Hodson - Streamline Real Estate Principal Broker, Owner
Chantelle's professional career experience includes over two decades of real estate sales and ownership in Oregon and Washington states. She is currently dual licensed as a Principal Broker in Oregon and Washington. She started her real estate career in Vancouver, WA in January of 2001. In 2006 she became licensed in Oregon. Her career has included mostly residential real estate sales, with a focus on residential, condominiums, rural properties, recruiting, training, and compliance of new and existing real estate agents. She believes that her well rounded fluency in the real estate world will provide Clients with the best possible approach to selling and buying.
